Stewart - HUGS!!!

Just hoping and waiting for you to pop up somewhere else along the way. It has been great. Thank you. I wish you well whereever you go. I wish also that you wouldn't go away, and take you pictures with.

The gremlins may be in Blogger/Blogspot itself. I've had very good luck with wordpress.

Thanks people. It may also be just coincidental that my pc needed a new motherboard last week. This led to a lot of program reinstallation, as well as having a supplementary hard disk installed. Things don't interface like they used to and I don't know if this is why the old, direct Picasa-Blogger linking is disrupted (they are both google, after all). Pictures that get archived in 'My Pictures' do not have the editorial work on them, that is apparently only on the picasa versions. E.G., if I sharpen, or crop a shot in picasa, this won't appear. This picture is an example, it is too raw.
Art, I went for a look at wordpress last night. What I want to know is will it load pics from picasa? Any idea?
I think the whole Google-Blogger thing is pretty useless, in terms of user-support. If there was a way to have a direct, 1-on-1 dialog, it could be sorted. But they do everything to impede that. Shame.

Here's a very simple tip for how to get the pictures that are in "my pictures"to have your edits saved: do "save as" and name them. Then the named file will have the edits. (The original will not.) Hope this helps!

The colours so vibrant, the many expressions captured. Would love to know what the dance symbolises, the tradition......

I can almost feel your frustration as I read this......Rest, take a break, but dont give up, maybe the next step you didnt take would have been the one that held the solution...who can tell.

You are very gifted in so many areas. Thank you
