Whose idea was it?
Was there an aim to make this a seat of higher education that would rival Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge & MIT as a centre of excellence?
Did anybody actually graduate from the UM? And if so, have they attained positions of power & influence in this, or any other country?
Was it a stunt? A tax-dodge, or some other money-laundering exercise?
Or was it just a design concept targeting solitary individuals wandering about with a camera ready to capture anything in the city that struck them as unusual, original?
And then what? It is going to disintegrate, along with the Pavilião de Portugal and the Gare do Oriente, isn't it? Or is it?
A few closed questions. Only one has an answer, so far. The rest, along with the open questions, remain, waiting for whoever can supply some information that solves this enigmatic puzzle for me.
Is anybody out there strong enough? Brave enough?
Curious picture, too. As curious as the ensemble of edifices that comprise the erstwhile Univ. Moderna..................

Fabulous composition. Is it real? I don't know a thing about the U.M., sorry.
