Ruby Lynx

Here Comes The Sun, it is 7 a.m. on Wednesday 6 September.
From my kitchen, as it creeps out from behind the neighbouring apartments, over the fragment of view that I have over the A1 autoestrada between Lisbon & Porto, over the wide River Tejo, over the endless flatlands of the lezírias beyond, towards the roasting south of the Alentejo, towards the vacation plagrounds of the Algarve and the strip of Atlantic separating Europe from North Africa, the sky that greets it already looks prepared to partner it through a new scorching day.

Ruby Lynx, what a day you picked to find your way into this strange place, the day that marked the crossroads between an ending past and a beginning future. Never easy to take your place in the auditorium as the final curtain is falling. I really felt for you yesterday and wished it could have been otherwise, earlier or later.
I hope you could get hold of enough of the plot to understand that Leonor was my mother-in-law. The title is superficial, trivial, banal like all labels always have been to me.
It only explains .01% of what this was about. Posted by Picasa

alors, on ne met plus de titres. c'est Leonor tout court. en espagnol Leonor rime avec Amor :)

Well, well, well, well, well! Look who's turned up at last? And can I therefore hold out any hope for Malc? Thanks, Carole.
