Time it was and what a time it was...A time of innocence; a time for confidences.
Long ago it must be; I have a photograph.
Preserve your memories; they're all that's left you........
Meg, certainly not on the way up! For down, there is actually a passenger stop right there, but after that they get up quite a speed into the downtown, which is actually really exhilarating. The drivers get to ring the old bell, which adds more charm to the scene. Not surprisingly, given the route of this famous #28, it is usually full of tourists, of whom the locals are very tolerant, and whom the pick-pockets adore!

Good to hear from you. Viva o 28 and the beautiful blue sky.
The driver won't go too quickly on these curves, will he? It looks a lot scarier than teh tram in San Francisco or Melbourne.
